Polycarbonate Wand – Large Singing Bowl Mallet

Product Description

The Polycarbonate Wand – Large from the Benjamin Irons Signature Series is engineered for players who seek maximum resonance, harmonic clarity, and projection. Designed for metal bowls 6" and larger, this wand pairs a heavy internal steel ball with a hard polycarbonate surface to deliver a full-spectrum sound—from rich fundamentals to sparkling highs.

Its firm feel is reminiscent of wood, but without the scratchy friction sounds typical of wooden pujas. The solid construction and balanced weight offer outstanding control and feel, while the foam grip reduces fatigue for longer sessions. Whether in the studio or on stage, this wand shines in environments where power, precision, and tonal clarity are essential.

My go-to for recording and live sessions, especially in a large venue, when I want to hear the full spectrum of each bowl’s capability.
