Returns and Exchanges Overview

  1. 30-Day Return and Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange for any eligible items. We want to ensure you have ample time to decide if your purchase meets your needs.
  2. Eligible Items: Most of our products are eligible for returns and exchanges within the specified time frame. However, please note that certain consumable items, such as drum heads and sticks, cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used. For hygiene and quality reasons, we must uphold this policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.


Initiating a Return or Exchange

Should you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team through our contact page or by calling our customer service hotline. Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: After contacting us, you'll receive instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange, including a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any included promotional items. Make sure to include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package back to us using a reputable shipping method with tracking. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Processing Your Return or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in the original condition and meet our return policy guidelines. If the items are eligible for return or exchange, we will process your request promptly.


For returns, you can expect a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs. Please allow a reasonable processing time for your refund to reflect in your account.


For exchanges, we will promptly send out the replacement item to the address provided, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
