Join us for an incredible day celebrating handcrafted cymbals with one of the industry's most respected cymbal makers, Paul Francis, founder and CEO of Cymbal Craftsman® Cymbals.

Throughout the day, we'll have multiple drum kits set up featuring a wide variety of Cymbal Craftsman models, giving you the opportunity to hear, feel, and compare these exceptional hand-crafted instruments for yourself. Whether you're searching for your next ride, crashes, hats, or simply want to experience something truly unique, this is an event you won't want to miss.

Paul will be on-site all day to talk cymbal design, sound, craftsmanship, and answer your questions. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from a master cymbal maker with nearly four decades of experience.

About Paul Francis

Paul Francis has been playing drums for over 47 years and crafting cymbals for more than 37 years. Beginning his cymbal-making journey in 1988, he spent 32 years with North America's oldest and largest cymbal manufacturer, including 25 years leading Research & Development.

During his career, Paul designed numerous cymbal series and collaborated with some of the world's most legendary drummers, including Armand Zildjian, Alex Acuña, Elvin Jones, Louie Bellson, Peter Erskine, Russ Miller, Tony Williams, and many more.

In 2022, Paul launched Cymbal Craftsman® Cymbals, returning to the roots of cymbal making by handcrafting every cymbal himself from his own workshop.

Every Cymbal Craftsman cymbal is individually hand hammered and hand lathed using traditional techniques, delivering a level of craftsmanship, consistency, and personal attention that was once reserved only for the world's top touring artists.
