Gather beneath the energy of the full moon for a powerful monthly Full Moon Gong Journey in the Resonance Room. This immersive sound experience uses expansive gong vibrations and resonant instruments to support release, reflection, and deep energetic clearing.

As waves of sound move through the space, you’ll be invited to rest, let go, and allow the resonance to guide you into a meditative state—helping to dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance. Aligned with the peak of the lunar cycle, this journey offers a grounding yet expansive opportunity to reset and reconnect.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props you need to rest comfortably on the floor. We honor this space through a shared agreement of quiet, stillness, and mutual respect—to support an inclusive, caring environment where each participant is free to simply be.

About your practitioner - Enso Sounds

Enso Sounds is the moniker of Dr. Arin Levy, director of the Resonance Room. Join Dr. Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts for an immersive gong meditation designed to cultivate stillness, deep listening, and presence. Surrounded by the resonant tones of up to 16 gongs, singing bowls, and other sound elements, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reflection, and restoration.

What to Expect

This 90-minute experience unfolds gently through waves of live sound—gongs, crystal bowls, and resonant overtones. Participants often experience:

• Deep relaxation and nervous system restoration

• Clarity and gratitude for the lunar cycle

• Emotional release and energetic clearing

• A heightened sense of peace and inner awareness

No experience is required—simply bring an open heart and allow yourself to be carried by sound.

• Fee: $35 per person

• Schedule: Monthly on the Sunday closest to the Full Moon

• Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in before the session begins.
