Manager of E-Commerce Sales

Location: Denver Percussion – Centennial, CO

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Reports To: General Manager

Position Summary:

Denver Percussion is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager of E-Commerce Sales to oversee all aspects of our online sales operations, with a focus on Amazon (FBA and FBM), e-commerce inventory management, and fulfillment logistics. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing product sales from purchase through delivery, while also identifying new growth opportunities in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Sales & Fulfillment
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and performance metrics on Amazon (FBA and FBM).
  • Oversee the preparation, labeling, and shipment of inventory to Amazon FBA warehouses.
  • Fulfill FBM orders directly from our warehouse.
  • Inventory Management & Procurement
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain stock availability and product flow.
  • Sales Analysis & Strategy
  • Track and analyze sales data to assess performance and inform purchasing and marketing decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

In-Store Sales Associate

Position Summary:
Denver Percussion is hiring an enthusiastic and professional In-Store Sales Associate to support daily retail operations, customer service, and product merchandising. This individual will play a key role in creating an engaging in-store experience for our customers, both visually and personally. Strong communication skills across all modern channels—email, phone, text, and more—are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  •        Customer Engagement & Sales
    •        Greet and assist walk-in customers with product questions, recommendations, and purchases.
    •        Follow up with customers through phone, email, text, and other platforms to provide ongoing support or close sales.
    •        Build relationships with individual musicians, schools, and other institutions.
  •        Merchandising & Store Layout
    •        Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays of merchandise.
    •        Reorganize floor layout and product arrangements to reflect sales goals, seasonal promotions, or inventory levels.
    •        Restock shelves and ensure signage and pricing are up-to-date.
  •        Operational Support
    •        Assist with basic point-of-sale transactions and inventory tracking.
    •        Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
    •        Contribute ideas for store improvements and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Position Summary:
Denver Percussion is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Drum Instructor to provide high-quality private lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about music education, patient with developing musicians, and able to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Instructors will represent Denver Percussion’s commitment to excellence in percussion education while helping students build technique, musicality, and confidence behind the drum set.


Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Student Development

  • Provide private drum set lessons to students ranging from beginners to advanced players.
  • Teach fundamental techniques including timekeeping, coordination, reading, rudiments, and stylistic playing.
  • Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals, skill level, and musical interests.
  • Encourage creativity, musical growth, and consistent practice habits.

Student & Parent Communication

  • Communicate clearly with students and parents regarding lesson progress and practice expectations.
  • Maintain a supportive and professional learning environment.
  • Provide occasional feedback or progress updates when appropriate.

Scheduling & Studio Management

  • Maintain a consistent teaching schedule and arrive prepared and on time for lessons.
  • Coordinate scheduling with Denver Percussion staff when necessary.
  • Keep lesson areas organized and ready for instruction.

Community Engagement

  • Support Denver Percussion’s educational initiatives, clinics, and events when possible.
  • Encourage student participation in performances, ensembles, and percussion-related opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Music Education
  • 2 years of music teaching experience
  • Strong drum set performance skills and knowledge of multiple musical styles (rock, jazz, funk, etc.).
  • Ability to effectively teach students of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for music education and student development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Music
  • Previous teaching experience in private lessons, schools, or studios.
  • Background in percussion education or music performance.
  • Ability to teach music reading, rudiments, and stylistic interpretation.
  • Experience teaching both youth and adult students.
