2026 Labor Day Gift Certificate Bonus Promotion Terms

The 2026 Labor Day Gift Certificate Bonus Promotion begins August 21, 2026, and ends September 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.

To qualify, gift certificates must be purchased online through www.DenverPercussion.com during the promotional period. Purchases made in either store, by telephone, before the promotion begins, or after the promotion ends do not qualify.

Gift certificates must be purchased in $100 increments, with a minimum qualifying purchase of $100. Each qualifying online transaction will generate one separate Promotional Card equal to 10% of the total gift-certificate value purchased in that transaction. A single $100 transaction will receive one $10 Promotional Card; a single $500 transaction will receive one $50 Promotional Card; a single $1,000 transaction will receive one $100 Promotional Card; and a single $5,000 transaction will receive one $500 Promotional Card.

Multiple qualifying transactions will not be combined. Each qualifying transaction will receive its own separate Promotional Card. For example, two separate $500 transactions will receive two separate $50 Promotional Cards, not one $100 Promotional Card.

Amounts that are not in complete $100 increments are not eligible for purchase through the promotional offer. Merchandise, services, taxes, shipping, freight, fees, and other non-gift-certificate purchases do not count toward the Promotional Card calculation.

Denver Percussion LLC is the sole issuer of, and entity responsible for, all purchased gift certificates and Promotional Cards offered through this promotion. Gift certificates and Promotional Cards may be redeemed at Denver Percussion, Dallas Percussion, www.DenverPercussion.com, or by telephone, subject to these terms.

Purchased gift certificates are separate from Promotional Cards. Purchased gift certificates do not expire and may be used for eligible merchandise and services, including lessons, rental payments, repairs, and special orders. Purchased gift certificates may be used as payment on otherwise eligible sale or discounted merchandise.

Purchased gift certificates are nonrefundable except where a refund or cash redemption is required by applicable law. Gift certificates may not be used to purchase or reload another gift card, gift certificate, Promotional Card, or other stored-value product.

Promotional Cards will be issued electronically to the email address associated with the qualifying order during the week of September 14, 2026. A Promotional Card will be issued only after the qualifying payment has been successfully processed, settled, and verified.

Promotional Cards are issued without payment and expire six months after their individual date of issuance. The specific expiration date must be clearly displayed on each Promotional Card. All unused Promotional Card balances will be void after the expiration date shown on the card. Promotional Cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Promotional Cards cannot be combined with or applied to any sale, coupon, discount, promotional offer, price match, negotiated price, package discount, or other price reduction. A Promotional Card may be applied only to merchandise or services sold at the regular selling price in effect at the time of redemption. Purchased gift certificates are not subject to this restriction.

Promotional Cards may not be used to purchase or reload gift cards, gift certificates, Promotional Cards, or other stored-value products. They may not be applied to previous purchases.

If a qualifying gift-certificate purchase is canceled, refunded, disputed, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise not fully paid, the corresponding Promotional Card will not be issued or may be canceled. If a Promotional Card has already been redeemed, Denver Percussion LLC reserves the right to deduct the redeemed promotional value from any refund or other amount otherwise payable to the purchaser, to the extent permitted by law.

Merchandise returned from a transaction paid in whole or in part with a Promotional Card will not result in a cash refund. Any eligible return value attributable to the Promotional Card will be restored to a Promotional Card or issued as promotional merchandise credit subject to the original Promotional Card expiration date.

Gift certificates and Promotional Cards are transferable but may not be resold. Denver Percussion LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, or unauthorized cards. Replacement may be provided only when the original qualifying transaction and remaining balance can be verified.

Denver Percussion LLC reserves the right to verify qualifying transactions, reject or cancel transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, correct administrative or technical errors, and modify or terminate the promotion when reasonably necessary because of fraud, system failure, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any modification will not reduce Promotional Card value already validly earned through a completed and accepted qualifying transaction.

These terms are governed by Colorado law, without depriving a consumer of any non-waivable protection provided by applicable law in the consumer's jurisdiction. The promotion is void where prohibited. Participation in the promotion and use of a purchased gift certificate or Promotional Card constitute acceptance of these terms.
